After graduating in psychology at the University of Munich (1991), he subsequently received his doctorate at the University of Dortmund (1996). Post-graduate studies at the Swiss Business School.

After gaining initial professional experience at Intelligenz System Transfer GmbH (Munich/Paris) and at BMW AG (Munich), Dr. Hüffer worked from 1991 to 1999 as a consultant and project manager for Dr. Lohs Unternehmensberatung (Munich), Kepner-Tregoe GmbH (Wiesbaden/Princeton N.J.) and finally at Manres AG (Zollikon near Zurich). Since 2000, he has been the managing partner and owner of Hüffer AG (Zurich/Frankfurt M.).

He undertakes regular, further training at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Bowling Green, OH (USA), at the ZFU International Business School in Thalwil and the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in Rüschlikon.

Since 1999, he has been an associate lecturer at the University of Zurich and has been cooperating on research with the military academy at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich since 2004. He is a member of the Arbeitskreis Assessment Center Switzerland (AKAC), of the Association of Management Consultants Switzerland ASCO and the German-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Hüffer has already carried out more than 1,000 Hüffer Top Executive Assessments for renowned corporate groups and companies and is one of the leading experts on individual top executive assessments. In addition, he conducts coaching sessions for CEOs, boards of management and executive personnel in international companies. His working languages are German, English, French and Spanish.

To increase its capacities as required, Hüffer AG maintains a network of six highly qualified Senior Associate Consultants who act as assessors within their relevant linguistic group (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian). All those involved have been working together for many years, some of them for more than fifteen years.

Clients are apprised of the corresponding team in terms of partners involved, profiles and qualifications in an individual project proposal.
