Hüffer Executive Assessments: Procedure

What is the specific procedure at a Hüffer Executive Assessment and what can be expected? Viewed in detail, no assessment is like another. We have to deal with constantly changing requirements on the part of companies and, for this reason, the purpose of the assessment (selection or development with all the many sub-groups) largely determines the content and its course. Discussion of online exercises, Structured Interview

Most of our assessments are conducted in Zurich in Hüffer AG’s conference rooms. The premises and the infrastructure available are designed for the purposes of executive assessments to ensure undisturbed, smooth-running and confidential work.
